As a seasoned executive in tax credit & Incentives programs, I leverage over 20 years of program management, product development, sales support, and operations management expertise in the field to drive significant revenue growth. I achieve this by developing and implementing effective tax credit strategies, new tax credit incentive products, and continuous process improvements in existing ones for optimized performance.
I effectuate tremendous revenue growth by devising strategies with transformational potential. For instance, at ADP, my team transformed the tax credit and incentives practice from an underperforming one to a powerhouse in R&D Tax Credit by devising and implementing a strategy to build an in-house R&D operations team instead of working with Alliance Partners. We developed a team of 20+ from the ground up, recruiting, training, and coaching them while building up all underlying processes to provide the service in-house. This initiative increased the practice’s revenue by roughly 430% over the three years I served as the Senior Director.
A key factor in my success so far has been developing and working with high-performing teams. I leverage an open-door policy for honest communications and active collaboration to build a cooperative and healthy working environment. Moreover, I empower team members by giving them ownership and responsibility for the tasks to help build their confidence. This, added to the fact that I delegate roles and responsibilities based on the skillset and expertise of each individual, helps boost the team performance significantly.
